Pioneer Homeowners’ Association, Incorporated (Pioneer HOA) officers and members of the board of trustees take oath in front of Kagawad Edgar S. Macario, Jr., inducting officer, during the regular flag ceremonies on January 11, 2015 (Monday) at the Saret Covered Court.

Pioneer HOA is registered at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as a neighborhood organization aiming to provide assistance towards the development of permanent dwelling of the residents at Block 2, Lot 1 Kalusugan Street near IBP Road, Batasan Hills, Quezon City. The members’ mission is to own the lands where their houses are built.
Among the plans that Pioneer HOA has are:
to raise awareness on domestic violence, different republic acts and various city ordinances;
to maintain proper bookkeeping and accounting;
to conduct surveys for households to be covered by Gawad Kalinga (GK)’s housing project;
to construct a multi-purpose hall; and,
to provide livelihood for the unemployed.
