Loyalty Riders’ Movement, or simply, Loyalty Riders, pledged their oath of service at the barangay hall on April 10, 2016 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM with no other than Batasan Hills Captain John “Jojo” M. Abad as inducting officer.

Loyalty Riders is a team of two-wheeled vehicle motorists organized by the officers of Loyalty P.I.P.O.L. Watch, Incorporated, also known as Kaisa Batasan, an organization registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as an assembly of community leaders who perform social work and who solve community problems through collective involvement. Kaisa Batasan has long pledged their support to only two political officials – Capt. Abad and Quezon City Councilor Ranulfo “Rannie” Z. Ludovica.

Introduced by Kaisa Batasan President Nelson L. BautistaKaisa Batasan Consultant and Barangay Secretary Edwin P. Misolas reminded the participants of the objectives and most recent projects, as well as, the expected functions of the riders’ movement.

Loyalty P.I.P.O.L. Watch, Inc. does not aim to take over your existing riders’ clubs. We, on the other hand, request for you to partner with us in the conduct of various projects and in assistance to Capt. Abad and his council’s program implementation. Where our logo goes, your logo stays right beside it. Please remember that Kaisa Batasan’s mission is to unite the people of Batasan Hills,” Bgy. Sec. Misolas reiterated.

Then, joined by Kagawads Ernesto “Ernie” S. Custodio and Roberto “Bobby” B. Miras, Capt. Abad officiated the momentous ceremonies.

Marizen “Zen” V. Misolas, a Kaisa and wife of Bgy. Sec. Misolas, took the privilege of introducing the Loyalty Kidz and the latter’s ongoing and upcoming projects. Loyalty Kidz, led by the Misolas couple’s eldest son, Elijah Miguel “Kuya Jam” V. Misolas, is envisioned to be the next generation of Loyalty leaders. The Loyalty Kidz awed the crowd when they performed an energetically executed dance number.

Kaisang Zen also proudly presented to the riders the daughter and representative of Kgd. Charlie O. Mangune, Miss Charo Mangune. Miss Mangune committed her and her dad’s all-out support to the Loyalty Riders, with Kgd. Mangune being the co-chairman of the Committee on Transportation and Communication and President of the Batasan Tricycle Operators and Drivers’ Association (BATODA).
