DTI Orients 4Ps Beneficiaries on Christmas Sale

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon City (QC) Satellite Office, on October 28, 2015 (Wednesday) at the Saret Covered Court, oriented some 500 4Ps beneficiaries about a three-day “Maagang Pamasko Diskwento Caravan” (Early Christmas Discount) to happen in December, also, at the Saret Covered Court.

“We see to it that all participating traders give a minimum discount of 10% on all goods,” said Victoria Miraflor B. Babaran, DTI Area III Officer-In-Charge.

DTI conducts the “Diskwento Caravan” twice a year, usually before the opening of classes and before Christmas, through its long-time partnership with Batasan Hills’s Captain John “Jojo” M. Abad and his council.

Shall be on sale under DTI blue tents are various cookies and delicacies, canned goods, salted eggs, wood carving, bags, clothes for adults and children, doormats, and a lot more.

4Ps or the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (assistance to Filipino families) is a human development measure of the national government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor, to improve the health, nutrition, and the education of children aged zero to 18.
