63 Men and 12 Women, Detained in 1st Oplan Galugad for 2016

A total of 75 people in major age – 63 men and 12 women – are kept in official custody of the barangay after being suspected of either using or trafficking prohibited drugs. These defendants are caught in their houses, on streets or other public places during the very first ‘Oplan Galugad’ for 2016 on January 8 (Friday) from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.

Suspected Drug Trafficker, Presented to Peace and Order Chairmen
