Seven Barangay Public Safety Officers (BPSOs) and two Quezon City (QC) Anti-Crime Group members were given cash incentives by Captain John “Jojo” M. Abad and his council during the regular flag ceremonies on January 11, 2016 (Monday) at the Saret Covered Court. Together with Kagawad Ernesto “Ernie” S. Custodio, Kgd. Roberto “Bobby” B. Miras and Barangay Secretary Edwin P. Misolas, Capt. Abad generously rewarded the following:

BPSOs:

Norberto Mabugay;

Ricardo Volante;

Antonio Gutierrez;

Christopher Yabut;

Felix Tagle;

Anastacio Reli; and,

Raymundo Agosto.

QC Anti-Crime Advocates:

Zaldy Barredo; and,

Ramon Samson.

The aforementioned awardees arrested six men who allegedly violated Republic Act No. 9165 or AN ACT INSTITUTING THE COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF 2002, REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6425, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF 1972, AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

The honor they humbly accepted was fruit of their proactive participation and untiring efforts in the recently conducted ‘Oplan Galugad’ (see link to related article below).
